The Northern Premier League Midlands Division continues this evening as Loughborough Dynamo travel to Daventry Town.
Both sides have had disappointing starts to their season with both Daventry and Loughborough Dynamo losing to lower league opposition in the FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round.
This was then followed up with defeat for both teams in their first league game of the season with Dynamo losing 1-0 at home to Boldmere St Michaels and Daventry Town losing 3-0 away at Spalding United.
Tonight’s game provides a huge opportunity for one of these two teams to get up and running for the season and provide some much needed confidence and momentum.
Dynamo are undefeated against Daventry Town in their last three fixtures with Daventry’s last win against Dynamo coming in September 2015 in a 1-0 win.
Loughborough Dynamo will have nearly all their players available to them tonight with defender Ed Cook’s suspension coming to an end after Saturday’s game. Jake Finnerty’s suspension after his red card Saturday does not come into effect for seven days meaning he is eligible to play tonight. Striker Aaron Cole and defender Robbie McNicholas are still likely to be out injured.
Evening football in the summer is always enjoyable to watch so why not come along and support the lads.
Come on Dynamo!!!!
